Originally built in the 1960s, this modest Cape Cod sat on a large plot of land but suffered from dark interiors and limited usable space. A complete home remodel reimagined the home to better take advantage of its site while dramatically improving light and livability.

Front and rear dormers were added to expand the second floor, creating a much larger and more functional upper-level layout. These additions transformed previously constrained spaces into full-height rooms, allowing the home to grow without compromising its original footprint or charm.
