This project involved a comprehensive addition and renovation to a 1970s home, reworking both the layout and functionality to better support contemporary family life. The design introduced a new kitchen on the first floor and a new owner’s suite on the second floor, creating spacious rooms for modern living.
Beyond the additions, existing spaces on both levels were thoughtfully renovated to accommodate a new dining room, butler’s pantry, family room, mudroom, and laundry. Circulation throughout the home was carefully reconfigured to improve flow between rooms, reduce congestion, and create intuitive connections between shared and private spaces.
The result is a home that feels cohesive and purposeful, blending old and new construction while delivering improved organization, comfort, and livability for a growing family.
